:
1. Occupational safety conditions:
    - To avoid, reduce the risks and to overcome accident such as fire, explosion, electrical shock.
    - Controlling source of exposures that can pollute the workplace environment's air, to prevent work related diseases.
    - To create a safe and comfortable workplace for example appropriate temperature, lights, ventilations, cleanliness, materials storage.
    - To create harmonization between worker, environment, working method and process
    - To provide Personal Protective Equipment to the worker.
   
2. The worker's rights and obligation
    - To fulfill and obey the working's health and safety conditions
    - Use the Personal Protective Equipment.
    - To give the right information if asked by the inspector.
    - To state objections when the working's health and safety condition and also Personal Protective Equipment is being doubted by him/her.
   
3. Management's obligations
    - To provide all of the Personal Protective Equipment needed and to put on the compulsory working's safety poster and warnings
    - To socialize this law to all workers

    - death's Insurance

    - To provide Personal Protective Equipment to the worker.
   
The premium of the working accident, death, and health care insurance is the industrialist's responsibility, while the pension premium is the industrialist and the worker's responsibility
